On Newt

Newt Gingrich is the latest ABR (Anybody But Romney) candidate. I like Newt alright. He's smart. He's pretty good at articulating conservative thought. But, I don't think he should be the Party's nominee or President of the United States. This blog articulates well the reasons why.

    Agreed...though I do remember you describing your elation a decade or two back when Newt presented the Contract With America and it's ensuing electoral success.

    To be cliche, even a broken clock is right twice a day. Even politicians of insufficient moral character to be president have good ideas every now and then. The Contract with America was a good idea. Newt still has some good ideas.
